This Privacy Policy describes how Lukas Gergel ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the NotesNinja mobile application (the "App").

By using our App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our policies, please do not use the App.

NotesNinja does not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. If you contact us for support, we may collect your email address and any information you choose to provide.

• Usage Data: How you interact with the App, including gameplay statistics, levels completed, and time spent in the App

• Photos, contacts, or other personal content from your device
• Audio recordings or voice data

Your game progress, settings, and achievements are stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, this data may be backed up to your personal iCloud account.

We retain collected information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

All Users

• Delete your local game data by uninstalling the App

NotesNinja is designed to be safe for users of all ages, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or applicable age in your jurisdiction).

The App does not:

• Require account creation or personal information
• Include social features or user-generated content
• Display personalized advertising
• Allow in-app purchases without parental controls (via iOS restrictions)

Parents can manage their child's privacy settings through iOS Screen Time and parental controls.

7. Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services for analytics and crash reporting. These services have their own privacy policies:

8. Changes to This Policy
